Behavioral Health Coverage

The Managed Long-Term Services and Supports (MLTSS) plan offers health care for your body and mind. Sometimes you may need help dealing with stress, grief, or depression. Help is also available for those facing:

  • Mental health conditions
  • Substance abuse
  • Behavioral health crisis

The type of help you might need depends on your personal situation. It could be counseling, treatment, in-patient or out-patient care. HBIA/HBIS provides Care Coordination to help you get the care you need.

If you have questions, call Member Services at 1-877-860-2837 (TTY/TDD: 711). You do not need a referral for a provider that is in our network.
