Get Virtual Care

Virtual Visits give you access to board-certified MDLIVE® doctors1. These are independently contracted, licensed professionals. Virtual Visits can also cost less than going to an urgent care center or an emergency room.

What Can Virtual Visits Help With?

MDLIVE doctors can help you with many non-emergency health issues 24/7 by video or phone. You can get urgent care for an illness and injury. Some of the health issues they can help with are:

  • Allergies
  • Cold and flu
  • Cough
  • COVID-19
  • Ear pain
  • Headache
  • Insect bites
  • Pink eye
  • Rash
  • Sinus problems
  • Sore throat
  • UTI

The doctors can also write and send prescriptions to a nearby pharmacy2.

Behavioral Health service is limited to interactive audio/video (video only), along with the ability to prescribe in all states. Service availability depends on location at the time of consultation.
