Health and Wellness Assistance
Blue Door Neighborhood Center℠ (BDNC)
BDNCs are community hubs that are open to all. They give you:
- In-person care coordination.
- Health education.
- Wellness programs.
- Community resources.
Come visit one of the BDNCs. They are in the Pullman, Morgan Park and South Lawndale neighborhoods.
Care Van® Program
Our Care Vans help build healthy communities. Some of the services they give are:
- No cost immunizations
- Dental services
- Health literacy education
- HIV testing
- COVID-19 testing
Our Care Vans visit schools, churches, and more.
Best Benefits℠ Program
This program helps those who are disabled get government aid. Learn if you qualify and how to use the Best Benefits Program.
Nicor Gas Community Connection Center – Energy Savings
BCCHP and Nicor Gas are committed to helping you meet your everyday needs. Nicor’s Community Connection Center is a no cost service. It offers you help with:
- Bill payments.
- Energy savings.
- Community aid.

LifeLine Internet Services ProgramLifeline – Phone or Internet Services Program
Households on Medicaid may be eligible for an internet service benefit. Lifeline is offered by the U.S. government. It can help pay for internet and broadband services. It also includes devices like a laptop or tablet. Eligible households can get:
- Up to a $9.25 discount on the cost of phone, internet or bundled services.
