Through your Blue Access for Producers account, you can submit changes like the following:

Checking on the Status of a Ticket

After you submit a ticket, you can check on its status by following these steps:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Click on the Producer Services link at the top if you are in laptop mode. If you are using a phone, click on the hamburger icon and select Producer Services.
  • Select Existing Request Tickets from the left menu if you are in laptop mode. If you are using a phone, select Existing Request Tickets from the top.
  • Open tickets will display and closed tickets, if recent, may also display.
  • You can sort by Date, Ticket Number, Request Type and Status. Just click on the column heading to sort.
