Blue Access for Members℠

With our secure online portal, you can manage your health coverage. You can use it to review your health plan information from home or when you’re on the go. Access your account on your mobile phone with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois Mobile App.

Get Started With Your Online Portal

1. Go to ‘Log In or Sign Up’

In the “Log In” dropdown menu at the top of this web page, choose “Member.” If you’ve never used the portal, go to “Create an Account.”

2. Log In or Register in the Mobile App

Log in using your account credentials. If you don’t have an account, register using the app.

3. Enter Your Member Information

Be ready to provide your BCCHP member ID and confirm your email.

Once you’ve logged in to the online portal, you have access to these resources.

  • Order a new member ID card or print your digital ID card.
  • Complete your health risk screening.
  • Find health care providers, pharmacies and hospitals.
  • Access your claims and coverage information.
  • Get the most recent information on Care Coordination.
  • Check your prior authorization information.
  • Select a new PCP or change your PCP.
  • Learn about many health and wellness topics.

1. Download the Mobile App

Use your mobile device to download the mobile app. You can:

  • Text* BCBSILAPP to 33633.
  • Search for BCBSIL in the Google Play™ Store or Apple App Store™.

2. Log In or Register in the Mobile App

Log in using your account credentials. If you don’t have an account, register using the app.

If you have questions about your plan, we can help. To ask about what the plan covers, find a provider, change your PCP and more, just call us. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members with hearing or speech loss can call the TTY/TDD line at 711.
