Is Your Client at Risk of Losing Coverage?

If you have clients who have entered Grace Period 3 for missed payments, they are at risk of losing their coverage.
If they don’t act now, clients will lose the following:
- Access to their doctors, specialists and more. Without coverage, visits to a medical group or individual practice association, or specialists may no longer be covered, along with annual checkups, vaccines, screenings, and other preventive services.
- Prescription drug coverage: Many medications can become expensive without insurance benefits helping to reduce costs.
- Protection against unexpected costs. Without it, even a minor illness or injury can lead to large medical expenses.
To see a current list of affected clients, please run a report in the Retail Producer Portal. For instructions, see Page 6 of the . Then reach out and let them know that they are in a grace period, and that they need to make their premium payment ASAP to retain their coverage.
