What are BCBSIL's individual and family plan options?

With BCBSIL, we offer HMO, PPO and Point of Service (POS) plans, all with Gold, Silver or Bronze metallic level options. Compare the different costs and benefits of BlueCare Direct℠, Blue Choice Preferred PPO℠, Blue Precision HMO℠ and MyBlue Plus℠.
