Review Your 2022 Health Packet

When you get your personalized health packet in the mail, you can review important sections like:

  • Your 2022 Health Plan - highlights any changes to your current plan for next year
  • Benefit Changes - shows your 2022 benefit and out-of-pocket cost updates
  • Pharmacy Information and Prescription Drug Changes - features 2022 prescription benefit changes
  • Your Dental Plan - lists dental plan information if you have dental coverage

Learn About Participating Provider Option (PPO) Health Plans

A Participating Provider Option (PPO) health plan works differently than an HMO health plan.

With a PPO, you:

  • Still have a provider network, but don't need to select a Primary Care Provider (PCP) for your care needs
  • Can get care from in-network and out-of-network providers, but you may pay less if you stay in-network
  • Can see a specialist without a PCP referral
