New eSales Features for Small Group, Mid-Market Business

New enhancements are coming to eSales, our digital platform that helps brokers and sales teams quote and enroll new employer groups. The updates will expand eSales into the mid-market segment and add new Vision and Supplemental Health (Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity) capabilities across both small group and mid-market business.

Small Group Business (2 to 50 employees)

We've expanded our small group offerings with new:

• Critical Illness plan option (10 to 50 lives)
• Vision plan options (2 to 50 lives)
• Hospital Indemnity plans (10 to 50 lives), now available in eSales for the first time

Mid-Market Business (51 to 150 employees)
We've enhanced eSales capabilities for mid-market groups by introducing quoting, selling and enrollment of new Vision, Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity plans, all now available in eSales for the first time.

These new products will be included on the BPA (Benefit Program Application).

Why it matters: By bringing more capabilities into a single platform, eSales will deliver a more integrated experience for customers, brokers and sales teams. Customers will have an integrated quote-to-enrollment experience, and brokers will benefit from a simpler process for quoting, selling, enrollment and administration.

Key dates to keep in mind for groups with Jan. 1, 2027, effective dates:

• Available now: Quoting for mid-market
• Oct. 1, 2026: Quoting available for small group
• Oct. 1, 2026: Enrollment available for mid-market
• Nov. 1, 2026: Enrollment available for small group

With these enhancements, eSales will offer a more comprehensive platform for quoting and enrollment across both small group and mid-market business.
