ICCA Form Required for Key Large Group Transactions
Aug. 19, 2026
Applies to new business, renewals and BOR/POR changes for Large Groups, 151+
A signed Individual Compensation and Commission Agreement (ICCA) form is now required for certain Large Group, 151+, transactions, including new business submissions, renewals and Broker/Producer of Record changes. This requirement helps ensure producer and compensation information is accurately documented before transactions are processed.
Although the same ICCA form is used, the form may be required for different business scenarios. Review the information below to understand when the form is needed and what action to take.
When is the ICCA form required?
A signed ICCA form is required for the following Large Group, 151+, transactions:
New business and renewals
Submit a signed ICCA form with documentation for:
- New business submissions
- Renewal submissions, with or without compensation changes
In these scenarios, the ICCA form is required as part of the compensation documentation process.
Broker/Producer of Record changes
Submit a signed ICCA form when requesting a Broker/Producer of Record or BOR/POR change.
In this scenario, the ICCA form is required because the group is changing representation from one producer to another. The signed ICCA form must be submitted in addition to the required BOR/POR letter or form.
Required Action
Your Account Executive or Sales Executive will provide a pre-filled ICCA form for signature.
Return the signed ICCA form with the applicable submission documentation, including:
- New business submission materials
- Renewal submission materials
- BOR/POR change requests and required BOR/POR supporting documentation
Please note: Separate ICCA forms may be needed depending on the business scenario.
Submitting the signed ICCA form with your request will help avoid processing delays.
