Reminder: New Pharmacy Services Program Has Launched

Applies to All Groups, including Fully Insured accounts and Individual & Family Markets*

Last month, we shared that the Pharmacy Match program would launch in Illinois on or after Aug. 3, 2026. This program aims to make members’ health care journeys easier for those living with complex, long-term or rare health conditions.

What’s new: Members identified as currently on specialty and complex care drug therapy are now being sent letters about the new Pharmacy Match program. Matched pharmacies will soon contact members to help them prepare for their next refill.
