Over-the-Counter Benefit Program Updates for 2026

Medicare Advantage members with OTC benefits get a set amount of money each quarter to spend on health and wellness items – like pain relievers, first aid supplies, vitamins and more. 

Members can use their benefits at participating retailers or they can place an order:

  • On the OTC web portal
  • On the Ultra Access mobile app
  • Over the phone
  • By mail (order forms are included in the OTC Benefit Catalog)

How Members Can Manage their OTC Benefits
The OTC web portal makes it easy for members to manage their OTC spend. First time users must create an account. Returning users should log in with the username and password created during registration.

  • OTC Catalogs: The 2026 OTC catalog is now available digitally. Members can view it on the OTC web portal or the Ultra Access mobile app. Print catalogs are available by request but will not automatically ship this year.
  • App name update: OTC Anywhere is now Ultra Access. Members who previously used the OTC Anywhere app should download or access the Ultra Access app to continue managing their OTC benefits from their mobile device. Some devices may automatically update the app, while other users may need to go back to the app store to update or re-download the app.
  • New informational flyer for members. For clients who want more details about their OTC benefits, there’s a new OTC flyer on the Producer Supply Portal.  It’s a great handout to explain how and where members can use their allowance. Search OTC Supplemental Benefit (255482.0725) to download.
