Sign up for claims and benefit information, health tips and prescription reminders, or text us to find a physician or urgent care center.

BCBSIL can send claim processing alerts and health tips to your inbox. 

Sort, organize and download up to 18 months of your claims history to your laptop, PC or smartphone 

1.      Go to the Update Your Preferences page.

2.      Text CONTACTIL to 33633 for a link.*

3.      Open the BCBSIL app and go to Settings.
