We want you to get the most from your new plan. In this section, you’ll find resources to help you get started with your plan, maximize your benefits, use online tools, learn about claims and more.

Call us before calling Medicare. Because Blue Cross Medicare Advantage is your Medicare plan, you should call us with all your questions. Our customer service team will let you know if your question can be answered by Medicare. Call the customer service number listed on the back of your member ID card.

You have access to wellness programs, and tools and resources to help you manage your health. These include:

Dental

Coverage for preventive and comprehensive dental care is available through some Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plans.

Your Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan may include coverage for routine eye exams and provide an allowance toward frames and lenses or contact lenses.

Hearing

Through our partnership with TruHearing®*, some Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plans may provide coverage for routine hearing exams as well as discounts on hearing aids.

Visit TruHearing or call 1-844-207-1685 (TTY: 711) to speak with a hearing consultant. They are open 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., local time.

Over-the-Counter

Your Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan may provide coverage for over‑the‑counter (OTC) drugs and other health‑related pharmacy products. Members may select these item(s) from a catalog and have them shipped directly to them.

SilverSneakers®‡ Fitness Program

Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plans include the SilverSneakers Fitness Program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Members have access to thousands of participating locations across the country. Some locations even offer group exercise classes led by trained instructors at select locations.

Nurseline

Blue Cross Medicare Advantage members have access to a registered nurse who’s available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help if you are sick or hurt and not sure what to do.

Transportation

Your Medicare Advantage Plan may include routine transportation to and from your medical appointments through our partner, Logisticare Solutions.  Be sure to check your Summary of Benefits to verify if the transportation benefit is included in your plan.
