Employer Portal Training

Once your group client becomes a BCBSIL customer and registers for the employer portal, they are ready for our free one hour training, which shows them how to:

  • Verify eligibility
  • Enroll new employees
  • Modify benefits for employees and dependents
  • Terminate coverage
  • Request ID cards or print temporary ID cards
  • Pay bills with Online Bill Payment
  • View, print, download and reconcile billing statements
  • Find and download forms quickly
They can register for a training session at any time. After processing the email request, we’ll respond with an invitation for an online training session.
