You can help your clients with important updates – like changing their primary care provider or medical group, refreshing contact details, and generating member ID cards – directly through the Retail Producer Portal.

Need to backdate a request for a PCP change or medical group? Additional information will be needed, so member must contact Customer Service at the number on their member ID card or call: 1-800-538-8833.
