Get Virtual Care

Virtual Visits give you access to board-certified MDLIVE® doctors1. These are independently contracted, licensed professionals. Virtual Visits can also cost less than going to an urgent care center or an emergency room.

What Can Virtual Visits Help With?

MDLIVE doctors can help you with many non-emergency health issues 24/7 by video or phone. You can get urgent care for an illness and injury. Some of the health issues they can help with are:

  • Allergies
  • Cold and flu
  • Cough
  • COVID-19
  • Ear pain
  • Headache
  • Insect bites
  • Pink eye
  • Rash
  • Sinus problems
  • Sore throat
  • UTI

The doctors can also write and send prescriptions to a nearby pharmacy2.

If you have questions about your plan, we can help. To ask about what the plan covers, find a provider, change your PCP and more, just call us. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members with hearing or speech loss can call the TTY/TDD line at 711.

Virtual Visits may be limited by plan. For providers licensed in New Mexico and the District of Columbia, Urgent Care service is limited to interactive online video; Behavioral Health service requires video for the initial visit but may use video or audio for follow-up visits, based on the provider’s clinical judgment. Behavioral Health is not available on all plans.

Internet/Wi-Fi connection is needed for computer access. Data charges may apply. Check your cellular data or internet service provider's plan for details.
