How to Pay Your Premium
If your plan includes a premium payment, we offer five ways to pay it. Depending on which method you choose, you may or may not receive a printed bill.

You will receive a monthly premium bill in the mail, and you may pay by check. Notices are mailed on the 15th of each month with a due date of the first of the next month. For example, your June 15 bill will be due July 1.
Automatic Premium Payment Program
Your monthly premium is withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account on the fourth business day of each month. Download the Automatic Premium Payment (ACH) form here by selecting your plan. Print and complete the agreement form, then mail it as instructed.
Social Security or Railroad Retirement Benefit Check Deduction
Your monthly premium is deducted directly from your Social Security or Railroad Retirement benefit check. You can change your billing option at any time. Contact us.
