Blue Cross Community ICP is a choice for people in the Illinois Integrated Care Program (ICP). This plan is for seniors and persons with disabilities over the age of 19 who can get Medicaid but not Medicare.

As of 10/1/2016, ICP members under the age of 5 and older than 18 will require a prior authorization before receiving ADHD medication. If this affects you, you will receive a letter in the mail and will have 6 months to get a prior authorization. Your doctor can submit a prior authorization on your behalf.
