Colorectal Cancer Awareness
According to the American Cancer Society, colorectal cancer is the third leading cause of cancer-related deaths in men and women. If you are between the ages of 45-75, get your free self-screening FIT Kit at our nearest Blue Door Neighborhood Center. The FIT Kit is available to all who qualify, even if you’re not a member of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois.
