COST SHARING REDUCTION

ICHRA

Get Reimbursed Through Your Job

An Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement, or ICHRA, is a reimbursement offered through your job to help cover the cost of your insurance. When you're shopping for BCBSIL insurance, you'll have the chance to enter an ICHRA balance if you have one.

If your job doesn’t have health insurance as a benefit, ask HR if they offer ICHRA.
