Despite the upheaval of COVID-19, we hope the Blue Review has been one thing that’s remained consistent for you this year, arriving reliably in your email each month with news to help you stay informed and connected with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL).
How did the newsletter perform for you this year? Was there an article or topic you found helpful or memorable? Has the format been user friendly with well-written content that’s easy to navigate? Now that we’re moving into the final months of 2020, it’s time to assess how we did.
Just like last year, we’re conducting a survey to collect your ratings and input on the Blue Review. But there are some differences – for example, this year’s survey is a bit shorter. We value your time, so we want to make it easier for you to respond.
