2021 Annual HEDIS Reports
The 2021 BCBSIL PPO and HMO HEDIS Report, which are based on 2020 data using HEDIS 2020 specifications, includes measures across domains of care that reflect effectiveness of care, access/availability of care and utilization. The 2021 Quality Compass National Average rates are also included in this report for comparison of the BCBSIL PPO and HMO performance to the performance of other commercial health plans.
Each year, BCBSIL reports audited HEDIS results for our PPO and Blue Choice PPOSM plans combined.
