The Producer Experience Portal, or PEP, is here to make your work easier.

To get started, click on Portal Access from the Agent Resources tab and click the link to log in to the Producer Experience Portal. You’ll need to create an account and make sure you can get logged in to access all of your producer tools.

Create your PEP account by entering the personal and producer details requested by the portal. Set your username and password. You’ll receive a verification link to the email address you provided. Open the email and click Confirm Your Email Address to activate your account.

After entering your username and password, you’ll be asked to type a short pattern three times to register your typing style, called Typing DNA. When you select Remember This Device, Typing DNA will be required every 30 days. Now you can verify your account via email, SMS, or keyboard by typing a provided phrase.

If you’re having trouble logging in, you can use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password functions to help. After logging in, you’ll land on the homepage where you can manage producer tools and workflows.

Keeping track of your client’s health plan status is integral to your success, so we’ve provided a number of reports to help you.

From the Producer Experience Portal homepage, go to the Reporting tab and select the Reports tile. Then select either the Individual and Family or Medicare tab to access your reports.

There are many reports in each tab, each including a short description of what the report contains and the same set of table features.

When you’ve identified the report you want to view, click the Run Report button. This will open a new tab that shows your report. You may need to export in order to see the full report if it’s too large.

Every report table offers helpful ways to filter and sort data, making it easy to see your data the way that works best for you. You can access different page views, view detailed member records, search within columns, sort columns, and more.

For example, you may want to search for a specific zip code in a column or search by name or policy number. You can even apply multiple filters at the same time.

If you ever need to export a report, you have two options. You can export the entire report by clicking the export button a the top of the table, or you can export only the rows you have selected by selecting the checkboxes for the rows you want to export and then click the Export button.

Every report in the reporting section of PEP operates the same way, making it easy to jump right in and get the data you need.
