Altruista Health GuidingCare is a web-based care management tool for providers to monitor rendered services, activities, quality measures and care plans for Illinois Blue Cross Community Health PlansSM and Blue Cross Community MMAI (Medicare-Medicaid Plan)SM members. GuidingCare is accessible to existing Availity administrators and assigned users in the BCBSIL-branded Payer Spaces section in the Availity® Provider Portal.
To access GuidingCare, you must be registered with Availity.
To enable this feature, administrators must complete a secondary Availity enrollment process to assign access for users.
