Look for Your Behavioral Health Provider Satisfaction Survey

In August 2026, with Press Gainey, we’ll survey a random sample of behavioral health providers for our annual Behavioral Health Provider Satisfaction Survey, which measures your satisfaction with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois and identifies areas where we can improve.

If selected to participate, PG will contact you via email and/or mail.   

• PG will send out email invitations to selected providers with email addresses, with directions to take the survey online.  
• If you don’t respond via email, PG will follow-up with a mail invitation and a printed survey. Please complete the survey and mail back to PG in the postage paid envelope. 
• The mail invitation will also include a unique username and password, and a QR code if you would like to take the survey online.   
• The provider, nurse, office manager or other qualifying staff may complete the survey.
