We’ve completed configuration related to previous Medicaid long-term care rate sheet updates from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. This applies to claims submitted for our members with Blue Cross Community Health Plans℠.
What this means for you: There’s no action you need to take at this time. We expect any impacted claims will be reprocessed within 45 days.
If any claims appear outstanding after the reprocessing period is completed, you may request a review of those claims. Please wait for the reprocessing effort to conclude before submitting requests for claim review.
