We’re aware that claims for members with Blue Cross Community Health PlansSM were incorrectly rejected for use of invalid National Drug Codes. This occurred for dates of service Aug. 1, 2025, through Feb. 22, 2026. Resubmission instructions and related information are below.
- Resubmit the claims through your normal claims filing process. You have 90 days from the date of this notice to resubmit your claims.
- If the resubmitted claim denies for timely filing: You don’t need to submit a claim dispute request. We’ll be pulling reports weekly to identify whether any resubmitted claims have denied for timely filing. Any affected claims will be reprocessed as appropriate.
