We’ve received questions from some providers regarding Blue Cross Community Health Plans℠ and Managed Long-Term Supports and Services. If you’re a participating provider in our Medicaid network for BCCHP, please take note:
- BCCHP and MLTSS are active plans for Health Choice Illinois members who meet the eligibility requirements.
- Members who are currently enrolled in BCCHP or MLTSS don’t need to change plans for 2026.
- MMAI is a separate plan. While BCCHP and MLTSS are continuing, Blue Cross Community MMAI (Medicare-Medicaid Plan)SM is ending.
