Contracted homemaker waiver providers must enroll in the Electronic Visit Verification vendor HHAeXchange by Dec. 31, 2025, as required by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. View the enrollment form.
If you’re already enrolled with HHAeXchange, you would have received a communication in October through the HFS – EVV Listserv about the changes.
