For additional questions, call Member Services at 1-888-802-8776. Member Service Representatives are available Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET. If you call outside of normal business hours, say "pharmacy” at the prompt to reach a representative.

Visit MyPrime to check coverage for any drug you're taking now or to find network pharmacies.

To refill non-specialty medications through mail service visit CVS Caremark Mail Service Pharmacy or call 1-833-251-0231.  

To fill specialty medications, visit CVS Specialty Pharmacy or call 1-800-237-2767.
