Advantage+ Health Plan

Boeing provides active employees the Advantage+ Health Plan, an IRS-compliant high deductible health plan that allows eligible employees to establish a health savings account (HSA) with HealthEquity.

Highlights of the Advantage+ Health Plan include:

• The same network of medical providers that we provide to employees who are enrolled in the Traditional Medical Plan.
• Flexibility to see any provider you want in the PPO network — doesn't require referrals or a PCP
• Preventive care covered at 100% before satisfying the annual deductible
• The same high level of customer service and support that we provide to Boeing employees enrolled in other health plans. This includes our Cost Estimator tool, which becomes especially important in a plan like Advantage+, where your decisions about health care services have a significant impact on your health — and your bottom line.
• Mental health and substance use disorder benefits
• Prescription drug benefits administered by Prime Therapeutics.
• Vision care by Davis Vision
• For eligible employees, a Health Savings Account (HSA) administered by HealthEquity. If you are eligible to establish an HSA and are an active employee, Boeing contributes to your HSA.

For certain populations in Puget Sound, WA, Charleston, SC and Southern California, Boeing offers a Preferred Partnership Advantage+ health plan option. The Preferred Partnership options are designed to improve quality, provide a better experience for you and your family, and be more affordable.
