The United Airlines Employee Assistance Program, administered by Lyra Health, provides free and confidential services available 24/7 for you and others in your household, even if they aren’t on your medical plan. When you request services, you will be matched to the right expert provider to ensure you get personalized care options.
The EAP can help with confidential mental health and relationship counseling, up to eight free counseling sessions per person per year.
The program also helps you to find parenting resources, childcare services and work/life resources, such as financial and legal support.
For ongoing care, Lyra is integrated with your Blue Cross Blue Shield medical plan, which means you will have seamless care and can stay with the same provider. This program is available to eligible employees, dependents and household members. It also includes pre-65 retirees, retirees on the medical plan and COBRA enrollees.
