Here is Steve. He is taking part in the Hinge Health Program for back pain and is using his motion sensors to guide him through some therapeutic exercises.  In his first exercise, the app guides Steve into a side bend.  He moves his body into the green target zone and holds his position for the suggested amount of time.  The wearable sensors guide members with real time feedback so they are confident in each step, while the app tracks if members have been doing their exercise to keep them accountable.  Steve’s next exercise is a woodpecker stretch.  As he completes the exercises, both he and his health coach can see his progress over time.

Each session consists of therapeutic exercises, an education to read and it takes only 10 - 15 minutes.  Over time, he’ll continue to unlock new exercises to continue to build his mobility and strength as he receives support from his health coach to reach his goals.  By committing to the program and reading his educational articles, Steve has a better perception of how to manage his condition and sees a significant reduction in his pain so that he can do the things he loves.
