Utilization and Case Management

These programs are supported by health care professionals, including doctors and nurses, who can help you understand your benefits and identify health care resources. Your dedicated case management nurse will ensure you understand your provider's instructions and are making improvements in your health.

Condition Management Services

If you are diagnosed with a chronic medical condition, you have access to an Accolade Registered Nurse, backed by a team of health care professionals, to help you navigate your health care with ease and achieve the best possible level of health. You'll receive:

  • Education and guidance on how to manage your condition
  • Information on healthy lifestyle options, including proper nutrition, medication management, and exercise

Maternity Management Program

Accolade's maternity program is designed to help expectant mothers understand and manage their pregnancy and help mitigate any risks that may arise. With this program you get:

  • Educational resources that cover pregnancy and infant care topics
  • Personal telephone contact with a dedicated maternity nurse
  • Assistance in managing high-risk conditions such as gestational diabetes and preeclampsia
