Finding In-Network Care
We can help you find in-network doctors and health care professionals. You can start the process by:
- Visiting Find Care
- Registering for or logging in to Blue Access for Members℠
- Calling the number on your member ID card
In the case of a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility right away. Emergency services are covered at the in-network benefit level.
Advocate Health Facilities
This change doesn’t impact our HMOI facility agreements with Advocate Health hospitals and facilities. Advocate Health facilities will remain in the HMOI network.
