The Well onTarget member portal provides you with tools to help you set, and reach, your wellness goals. It’s user-friendly, so you can find everything you need quickly and easily.
You have anytime, anywhere access to videos, podcasts, online courses, fitness tracking, health tools and other trackers.
Log how much you move and what you eat – that can help you stay on track. You can even link your fitness devices and nutrition apps in Well onTarget. You’ll easily see all your tracked stats in one place.
Small rewards might motivate you to make positive changes to meet your wellness goals. With Well onTarget, you can earn Blue Points2 when you:
Redeem your points for books, music, sporting goods – anything that motivates you to keep making healthy choices.3
