Virtual Visits

Getting sick after hours or on weekends is never easy. But with virtual visits, provided by MDLIVE®*, your members don’t have to leave the comfort of their own homes. It allows them to consultant a doctor for non-emergency situations anytime, anywhere. Examples include cold/flu, fever (age 3+) and pink eye, among others. The program includes:

  • Convenient access through the MDLIVE mobile app, online video or telephone.
  • Independently contracted, board-certified doctors available 24/7/365 or by appointment to help treat general health and pediatric care. 
  • If necessary, e-prescription sent to the member's local pharmacy.

* Virtual visits may not be available on all plans. Non-emergency medical service in Montana and New Mexico is limited to interactive audio/video (video only). Non-emergency medical service in Arkansas and Idaho is limited to interactive audio/video (video only) for initial consultation.
