What’s new. Starting Jan. 1, 2023, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) will offer Virtual Primary Care, powered by Teladoc Health. The service encourages employees to establish an ongoing relationship with an online provider and get the care they need from almost anywhere.
