Strengthening Your Password Security to Protect Customer Information

We’re working hard to protect customers’ sensitive and private information. Later this month, when you use your existing password to log in to Blue Access for ProducersSM (BAPSM), you’ll see a new dialogue box asking you to:

  • Re-enter your current password. Going forward, BAP will recognize the re-entered password, including any upper and lowercase letters and special characters
  • Choose new challenge questions and answers

Who will see the security upgrade message? All users with an active BAP user ID and password will be asked to make the security upgrades. Employer groups will see a similar message in Blue Access for EmployersSM and will also be asked to upgrade their security settings.
