How Does It Work?

Call a Benefits Value Advisor to find a reward-eligible location. Or log in to Blue Access for Members^SM and select Find Care.
Get the procedure or service at your chosen reward-eligible location.
Receive a cash reward by check, which will be mailed directly to your home, after the claim is paid and the location is verified as reward-eligible.

To get started, call your Benefits Value Advisor at 1-877-224-9598 or shop online using the Provider Finder tool. Either way, you could get cash just for being a smart shopper.
