Accenture’s mental and behavioral health benefit through Lyra Health provides confidential, professional mental health resources to help you address personal concerns such as life transitions, stress, grief or loss issues, depression, coping with a chronic illness, relationship and family conflicts, financial difficulties and alcohol or other substance abuse. Services include therapy, coaching, self-guided care and medication management.
Accenture employees and dependents enrolled in Accenture’s medical plan have access to Lyra Health services. These sessions are billed through the health plan and subject to in-network outpatient mental health cost-sharing, as defined under your health plan.
