Lyra Health — An Employee Assistance Program, is a FREE short-term emotional support and wellbeing program (available 24/7) that includes Work-Life resources. You and your eligible dependents can receive in-person or virtual short-term counseling sessions, available through a certified Lyra provider to help you with life's day-to-day issues and concerns (up to 10 visits, per calendar year, per person).

• If you are enrolled in a BCBSIL medical plan, once you reach your 10 annual visit maximum under the EAP benefit you may continue to use the same provider and have your sessions treated as eligible expenses under your medical coverage.
• If you are enrolled in either the Gold or Bronze plan coverage options, your outpatient sessions with your Lyra Health provider will be covered at 100% and not subject to the deductible.
• If you are enrolled in the HSA medical plan coverage option, you will have to satisfy the deductible before your sessions with your Lyra Health provider and will be covered at 100%. 

Work-Life Services (available through Lyra) — Experts beyond mental health are available to resolve emergencies, guide you through challenges, and help you stay on top of your busy life.  Services include legal consultations, identity theft support, child/elder/pet care support, and financial consultations.
