Devon places great emphasis on employee wellness and prevention. To ensure all employees and their families are able to choose and live well, we offer a variety of tools and resources to support overall health and well-being.

For Everyone

Devon Wellness Portal — You can access the wellness portal from the HRConnect home page by going to the Employee Self-Service or My Wellness tile then the “My Wellness Points" tile. The portal is one of several Devon incentives available to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle while also helping the company control its overall medical costs.

Benefits of the Devon Wellness Portal:

  • Easier to track your points: The portal displays the challenges and associated points you have completed to date for each calendar year. Preventive exams comprise several of the challenges, and the wellness points are added once the medical claim is processed, which reduces the administrative burden.
  • Fewer options to sort through: You will find a brief description of all the available challenges, the deadline for each and the points awarded upon completion. Go to HRConnect, Wellness Tab, Wellness Portal Challenges & Incentives, then Challenges.
  • View your wellness points: Check your wellness points through the "My Wellness Point" tile on HRConnect. If you are missing wellness points you can use our Missing Point application on Strata. Email Devon’s wellness team if you have questions about the application.

Employee Assistance Program — This behavioral health benefit is offered through Lyra Health. Confidential and professional mental health resources can help you address personal concerns such as life transitions, stress, grief or loss issues, depression, coping with a chronic illness, relationship and family conflicts, financial difficulties and alcohol or other substance abuse. Services include therapy, coaching, self-guided care and medication management.

Devon employees and dependents enrolled in the company's medical plan have access to Lyra Health services. These sessions are billed through the health plan and subject to in-network outpatient mental health cost-sharing, as defined under your health plan. Tobacco Cessation — Employees who enroll in Devon’s medical plan and use tobacco products may sign up for the UBreathe Tobacco Cessation Program, administered by Marquee Health**. The UBreathe program consists of six weekly coaching sessions with a dedicated Marquee Health educator. Employees who complete and meet all the program’s requirements may be eligible for non-tobacco status as well as Devon wellness points. Employees must begin the program prior to September 16, and complete it by October 28. To enroll, employees may contact Marquee Health at 1-800-882-2109 or by email.

Oklahoma City

A state-of-the-art wellness center in Oklahoma City, the Well, features the latest cardio equipment, a range of strength training options, locker rooms, towel service and a variety of group fitness classes.

Near-site comprehensive primary care medical clinic, the Doc, offers an advanced level of proactive patient care and services in a comfortable environment.

As a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois member you have access to the Well onTarget® Fitness Program, which provides access to over 9,500 fitness locations or a one-time $19 initiation fee and monthly payments ranging from $19-$99. You can access any location in the network as often as you would like, even when traveling. Learn more about the Fitness Program.
