Blue Care Connection is designed to improve your health and assist you in making informed health care choices. The program's suite of resources and support services provides personalized attention, support, online tools and health advocacy to help you optimize your health care benefits and manage medical conditions.

Well onTarget — Wellness involves making healthy choices that enrich the mind, body and spirit. Well onTarget is a program designed to give you the tools and support you need, while rewarding you for making healthy choices.
Lifestyle Management programs — Provide tools and information which may help you lose weight, quit smoking or reduce your risk for developing heart disease, stroke or diabetes
Blue Care Advisor — A program designed to reach out to members at moderate risk to engage them in our condition management or behavioral management programs. By providing health counseling, coaching and support, Blue Care Advisors — registered nurses — work with you to help you change behaviors and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
24/7 Nurseline — Call 1-800-299-0274 and a registered nurse will provide you with answers to your health-related questions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With Nurseline, you can also learn about more than 1,200 health topics over the phone, via an audio library system.
Special Beginnings® — We understand how important it is to take care of yourself and your growing baby. That's why we are pleased to offer Special Beginnings, a confidential maternity program designed to help you better understand and manage your pregnancy.
