This tool will show you the cost impact of your medical plan options and help you see the benefit of funding a flexible spending account for your out-of-pocket health care expenses. To access the Health Plan Cost Estimator tool and get started, please choose your job level with McDonald's as indicated below:

Please note:

  • McDonald's Corporation is applying add-on premiums for those who use tobacco products and/or their spouse/domestic partner has access to comprehensive medical coverage through his or her employer. If both add-ons apply to you, then the extra cost you pay each year is two times the following numbers:
    • $393 for restaurant employees and staff in the associate and coordination bands
    • $540 for staff above the coordination band
    • $696 for officers
  • Where you see the word "spouse" in this tool, you can assume that means spouse or domestic partner.
  • Where you see "Health Care Account" or "HCA", that translates to the Health Reimbursement Account (or HRA) under the McDonald's Health Account PPO plan.
