Blue Access for Members^SM (BAM^SM) Login Experience Updated

As of October 14, there is a new external login and registration portal page for Blues Access for Members^SM (BAM^SM). The update was spearheaded by member feedback, user studies, and an ongoing push to strengthen our security processes to keep member data safe.

If you are already registered for BAM, you should:

• Update your bookmarks to the new login page at https://mybam.bcbsil.com.
• Reenter your username and password.

If you have not registered for BAM, create an account so that you can:

• Find a doctor or hospital.
• Review your claims and coverage.
• Access wellness programs.
• Pay your bill online.
• Set your preferences for how we communicate with you.
