Hello, everyone. My name is Brianna, and I'm a licensed and certified chef here today at the Blue Door Neighborhood Center. Today I'm going to be showing you how to make a delicious veggie wrap using all raw ingredients. And today, I'm going to start by showing you the ingredients that I have.
These are zucchini and shredded carrots. We have a little bit of Pico de Gallo. our delicious veggie spinach wrap. And we also have some raw spinach, peppers and onions. I chose this dish because it's really easy to make and you don't have to do any cooking at all.
So first, we're going to start by just taking a little bit of spinach. And we're going to layer it in our wrap. Now I like to use a lot of green, so feel free to put as much spinach as you like.
This is your wrap. OK, next, we're going to add our Pico de Gallo, which is simply just tomatoes, onions, a little bit of cilantro and lime juice. Just like that. Next, we're going to take our shredded vegetables. We got carrots and zucchini.
Just add as much as you'd like. And finally, we have our peppers and onions. And like I said you can pretty much put anything you want in this wrap. It's all veggies And like I said, it requires minimal cooking.
Lastly, we're going to top it with some cilantro, avocado dressing. And this is just going to give it a nice light flavor. And now it's time to wrap. Let's give it a try. Very good, very light, refreshing. All the flavors are coming from the vegetables.
