Open Enrollment Period

Your Open Enrollment Period will be held from May 1–30, 2012, for all State of Illinois members. During this time you may only change your health carrier. Visit the State of Illinois Special Enrollment page for more details including a Benefit Choice Options booklet and a Special Enrollment Form .
