Boeing subscribers and dependents enrolled in a medical plan from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois have access to a variety of tools that can help wherever you are in your journey.
At no additional cost, Maven Clinic’s digital program is available to support you from preconception through midlife. Program eligibility varies.
Pregnancy and Postpartum* is a 21-month program that supports expecting parents, new parents of children under age 1, those who have experienced a loss and parents who are preparing to return to work after parental leave.
Fertility and Family Building** provides ongoing support for preconception, natural conceptions, fertility preservation, IUI and IVF, and navigation adoption and surrogacy journeys.
Menopause and Midlife Health** offers focused support for managing midlife health issues.

If your pregnancy is high-risk, BCBSIL will provide support from a registered nurse on the Boeing-dedicated Clinical Team to help you care for yourself and your baby. You can call 1-888-802-8776 to connect with a nurse.
An experienced clinician from BCBSIL will:
- Ask questions to determine what support you'll need.
- Answer any questions you have and help you plan your care with your doctor.
- Assist you with managing high-risk conditions, such as gestational diabetes and preeclampsia.
With the changes brought about by pregnancy, childbirth and bringing home a newborn, emotional ups and downs are not unusual. The Women's and Family Health team also supports pregnant and post-partum parents who may be experiencing pregnancy-related depression or anxiety.
